What it does

A private store per customer

Each corporate account gets its own branded ordering page, showing only the range that account has approved.

Sizes held per person

Every wearer has a record, so the right size is already selected and replacements do not arrive wrong.

Allowances and approvals

Budgets are checked before an order is released. Anything outside policy routes to a named approver.

A production-ready job

Approved orders arrive as a job sheet with garment, size, artwork and destination. Nothing re-keyed.

A PPE issue record

What protective equipment was issued, to whom, when, and what is now due for replacement.

What it looks like

Where we are

Early, and looking for the first few

The software is built and working. We are looking for a small number of UK decorators to run the first paid pilots — configuring one of your corporate accounts end to end, and being honest about what does and does not hold up.

We are not taking general sign-ups yet, and there is nothing to install. If the problem above is one you recognise, the useful next step is a conversation about how your repeat orders actually run today.
